How long does delivery take?

We make use of reliable couriers.

Your boxes should be delivered at the given address between 4-7 working days for all central cities from payment received. Please note that delivery can take up to 10 working days for remote locations.

Please take weekends and public holidays into account when calculating this.

*Please note our courier is scheduled for every Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons.

Can I arrange for delivery on a specific date?

We make use of an external courier provider, so unfortunately we are unable to guarantee delivery on a specific date, but we will try our utmost best to deliver the gift as close as possible to the requested date. Please remember to take our lead times into consideration when placing an order.

How do I track my parcel?

You will receive an email as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please follow the link in the email to track your order.

Weekend deliveries?

We are currently making use of an external courier company and for that reason we don’t have the option to deliver over the weekend yet.

OZOW payment gateway gives you the opportunity to make an EFT payment. Please make use of this service at check out if you would like to pay via EFT.

For your convenience all our item prices are listed on our online shop at Build a Box.

How does gown sizes work?

Small  – is usually anything from a 6-8

Medium – is usually anything from an 8-10

Large – is usually anything from a 10-12

Xtra Large or longer gowns can be requested via email info@tobegiftboxes.com

*Our gowns are made from chiffon and the lighter colours are appropriately see through. 

*The gowns are a more loser fit

How does our return & refund policy work?

Thank you for shopping at To Be Gift Boxes.

Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

● The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
● The Goods are in the undamaged in original packaging and materials

The following Goods cannot be returned:

● The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
● The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned,
deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
● The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or
hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
● The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably
mixed with other items.

TO BE Gift boxes (Pty) Ltd has sole discretion and reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above criteria.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded.

Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be returned or refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Once we have inspected the returned products we will, according to your preference:

● replace the product (if available); or
● issue a refund voucher for the purchase price of the product or
● *Issue a cash refund ( Electronic transfer)
*Please note that a cash refund is not available if the item/ items was received as a gift.
Cash refund will only be available to the original purchaser.

Returning of incorrect goods delivered
Should we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you or is missing any parts:
● Please do not remove the product from its original packaging or any of the stickers or labels.
● Notify us as immediately and we will collect the product from you at no charge and
deliver the correct item/ items as soon as possible

Returning of damaged goods
If your goods arrived damaged please notify us within 7 working days by emailing
info@tobegiftboxes.com

We will require the following information to assess where in the delivery process the damage may have occurred:

● photograph of the outer box (including whether it has a Fragile sticker or not);
● photograph of the inside of the box, including the inner packaging; and
● photograph of the damaged item.

If necessary we will arrange collection of the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product or photographs and validated your return (if needed), we will, according to your preference:

● replace the product (if available); or
● issue a refund voucher for the purchase price of the product or
● *Issue a cash refund ( Electronic transfer)

*Please note that a cash refund is not available if the item/ Items was received as a gift. Cash refund will only be available to the original purchaser.

How to return Goods
The purchaser/ receiver will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to TO BE Gift boxes (Pty) Ltd except where stated differently. Goods can be returned to the following address:

TO BE Gift boxes (Pty) Ltd cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. TO BE Gift boxes (Pty) Ltd are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods returned or proof of received return delivery.

Clothing and Accessories Return policy
  • Client can  return clothing items within 7 days of receiving their item. No return/exchange/credit is valid after this period.
  • Unfortunately, no sale items can be returned, exchanged or credited.
  • Item/s should be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and unstained.
  • For hygienic purposes, Bodysuits/Underwear/Hair Accessories cannot be returned, exchanged or credited. Please be sure to choose the correct size/item. If you are unsure please don’t hesitate to contact us.
  • Client will have to cover the cost of return postage. Our team will be help to help arrange collection and the amount will be debited from store credit or balance to be refunded
  • Once the item is received in the recommended condition, store credit will be emailed to the client via coupon code to use with the next order or a refund will be made.
  • Store credit/ refund will be equal to the amount of the item returned minus any postage cost.
  • Postage/Courier costs cannot be returned/refunded/credited.
  • Please note that by completing a purchase on www.tobegiftboxes.com you agree and confirm to the above conditions with regards to exchanges/returning of clothing items

Can I Change an address?

Any change in address can be directed to info@tobegiftboxes.com. A change in address my incur an extra cost.

 

Can I order empty boxes?

Kindly note that TO BE Gift boxes does not sell empty boxes, you are required to order at least one item with each box that you order, excluding the cards.
